frapcap 95
Hi everyone- Does anyone know if reservations are required to go to Cannon and hike since the lake and campground are nearby?
ABV 155
I think your fine hiking but getting into anything else would require reservations. As in echo lake and the flume gorge.

SkiMom 78
The parking lots by the Lafayette Campground fill up VERY early. You can park at the tram lot and walk back there via the bike path or just hike up from there, depending on the trail you're taking. I've not been up Cannon since May, but there have been lot of people on all the White Mountain trails I've been hiking since mid-June. If it's a popular trail, be prepared for company. frapcap 95
Thank you! Thats about what we saw. We used the tram lot and hiked up Kinsman from there. Then down to Lonsome Lake, into the the campground, and back along the Pemi. Was a LOOOOONG day.
